EULA And Terms Of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is developed and published by AAQSoftware.

If the App is distributed through the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and, unless a custom EULA is published for the App, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for licensed applications. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms for App Store distribution, the Apple terms control to the extent of the conflict.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the applicable App Store rules.

• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except where applicable law allows it.
• You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App.
• You may not use the App to operate an unauthorized service, bot, automation, cheat, exploit, or abusive network activity.
• You may not interfere with the App, the game server, other players, or online rooms.
• You may not circumvent technical limits, security controls, account-linking rules, or game authority rules.

3. Game Accounts And Player Identity

The App creates a local player identifier so you can play and keep progress. You may choose a player name and emoji avatar. You may also link your game profile to Apple or Google sign-in where those options are available.

You are responsible for the display name and profile information you choose. Do not use names or content that are unlawful, abusive, impersonating, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.

We may remove, reset, restrict, or refuse player names, profiles, game rooms, or account links that violate these Terms or harm the App, other users, or the service.

4. Gameplay Values Have No Cash Value

In-game credits, lands, cards, upgrades, bids, balance credit, XP, rank points, ranks, achievements, leaderboard scores, and similar values exist only inside the Game.

We may adjust gameplay rules, boards, prices, rewards, penalties, stats, leaderboards, achievements, ranks, and progression systems for balancing, security, technical, or product reasons.

• They do not represent real money.
• They do not have cash value.
• They do not create ownership of property or financial rights.
• They do not constitute gambling winnings, prizes, securities, cryptocurrency, or stored value.
• They do not transfer outside the App unless the App explicitly supports a non-monetary game feature.

5. Game Modes And Online Services

The App may support Solo Mode, Local games, Online games, saved games, notifications, invitations, Game Center features, voice chat, and downloadable game assets.

We do not guarantee that every online room, saved game, invitation, leaderboard, achievement, asset download, or media connection will always be available. Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, network issues, server load, device settings, platform restrictions, account status, or other technical reasons.

• Online and network features may require Internet access.
• Online and network features may require local network access.
• Online and network features may require a compatible server connection.
• Online and network features may require Apple services such as Game Center, APNs, Sign in with Apple, or App Store services.
• Online and network features may require Google Sign-In where enabled.

6. Voice Features

Where enabled, players in the same online room may use voice chat. You are responsible for what you say or share.

Do not use voice features to harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, exploit, record without consent where consent is required, or share unlawful or harmful content.

The App may show microphone and speaker status to other players in the same room so the room can understand who is connected or muted.

7. User Conduct

We may suspend, restrict, reset, or terminate access to online features where we reasonably believe these Terms were violated or where action is needed to protect the Game, players, or service.

• Do not harass, threaten, abuse, or target other players.
• Do not use hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal content.
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate network messages, or use unauthorized tools.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account or player identity.
• Do not disrupt game rooms, invitations, saved games, voice connections, or server operations.
• Do not use the App in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

8. Content And Assets

The App, including its code, artwork, board packages, sounds, logos, UI, characters, text, rules, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not use the App content outside normal gameplay unless we give written permission or the use is otherwise allowed by law.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party services, including Apple services, Google Sign-In, Game Center, push notification delivery, and network relay services used for real-time communication. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages, policies, account restrictions, or features outside our control.

10. Updates And Changes

We may update the App, game rules, server behavior, downloadable assets, and these Terms from time to time. Changes may be required for new features, security, legal compliance, server contracts, or game balance.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the Last updated date and may provide notice in the App or through another reasonable method. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Account Deletion And Logout

Where account linking is available, the App may provide logout and account deletion controls. Account deletion may require a fresh Apple or Google verification token to confirm that the requesting user controls the linked account.

Deleting an account link may not remove all historical game records where retention is needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, audit, leaderboards, support, or integrity of completed game records.

12. Disclaimers

The App is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that gameplay outcomes, online rooms, saved games, stats, rankings, notifications, voice connections, asset downloads, or Game Center features will be error-free or always available.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of progress, service interruption, device issues, or loss of goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the App will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly for the App in the previous twelve months or USD 10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction.
